If you're searching for plumbing repair you should give Jet a call. I spoke with 3 to 4 larger companies and they all quoted me twice as much as Jet. Transou was actually almost 4 times the amount. Jet's rates are fair and they do a good job.

Not enough stars available to categorize John's service. He has done 2 houses for me so far and he is above and beyond fantastic, his work is exceptional and always gets approved the 1st time from inspections. He shows up when he says and he cleans up after himself. All his guys are the same way, I won't call anyone else and you shouldn't either!

John came promptly on time with his partner during the COVID pandemic to give me a schedule free estimate to fix a leaking drain line. He quoted me $450, but later lowered it to $350 when I asked if we could get the price down. I was happy and told him that if this worked out, I'd give him a good review online and he could be my go to guy for plumbing. We then exchanged texts about scheduling, and he was open for the following week on either Tuesday or Wednesday. But after I asked if he was licensed or had a couple references to give me (since there were no Google reviews), he then replied that he was booked for the next several weeks and suggested I have someone else do the work. I would not recommend due to the lack of professionalism, unwillingness to provide references, and for dropping me after giving a quote and saying he'd be available. Glad I didn't do business with him, because that wouldn't have worked for me.
